Mr. Kennish is currently employed as a Safety & Health
Administrator with
Northeast Utilities System / Connecticut Power & Light Company and
is not
available for consulting assignments. As his ability to travel to distant consulting sites is
now limited, he can only be able for the review of materials, or
writing assignments, or other similar activities. However and after
some 300 civil litigation cases in his expert role, he is
specifically no longer interested in assignments that expose him to
depositions or trial appearances.
